Test Facilities

We are available for full-service compliance testing and as an engineering facility for customers with internal facility, capability or bandwidth limitations.

Our facilities include:

10 meter dual turntable ambient free EMC chamber for RE, RF and wireless testing
3 meter ambient free EMC chamber for RI testing
3 EMC ground planes in a humidity controlled environment for ESD, EFT, CE and CI testing

5 walk-in climatic chambers -73°C to 180°C, 5% to 95% RH, up to 2°C per minute ramp rate

10 reach-in climatic chambers -73°C to 180°C, 5% to 95% RH, up to 25°C per minute ramp rate

HALT Chamber

2 electrodynamic vibration tables plus shock and drop

Safety, power, acoustic and configuration labs

Test Capabilities

The Flextronics Kanata Design Validation Centre is the only lab in Canada approved by Verizon to perform NEBS testing under its Verizon Independent Testing Laboratories NEBS Testing Certification program (NEBS-TCP).

We can perform Regulatory Safety testing under the CSA WMT program.

Our ISO17025 scope of accreditation can be found at the Standards Council of Canada website
